Recipe for ginger oatmeal cookies:

  • 4oz self raising flour
  • 4oz oats
  • 6oz butter
  • 2oz sugar
  • tbsp syrup
  • tsp ginger

Mix it all together
Put some dollops on a baking tray
Squish them with a fork
Bake at gas mark 3 until they are done
